**1. Eligibility for Returns: **

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

- The request for return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

- Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.

 

**2. Return Process:**

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Contact our customer support team at info@incagoldroganics.com to request a return authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your message.

- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with an RA number and further instructions on how to proceed.

- Pack the item securely in the original packaging

- Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

- Ship the item to the following address:

**3. Return Shipping:**

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item sent, damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.

 

**4. Refund Process:**

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

 

**5. Exchanges:**

If you wish to exchange an item for a different item, or quantity please follow the return process outlined above, and then place a new order for the desired item on our website.

 

**6. Damaged or Defective Items:**

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.
